Tenley conducts small, gender-specific group sessions, focused on developmental stages, including college students, young professionals, executives, divorced or separated parents, trauma survivors, and clients with co-occurring mental-health diagnoses. Tenley groups are safe, structured and run by specialized clinical staff who explore the challenges of sobriety. They emphasize relapse education and the development of life skills and strategies to help maintain sobriety.
Our groups are designed to be small (6-8 members) to encourage openness, trust and to give a sense of connection to other members of the group. Groups foster a sense of belonging and community that is vital for establishing solid foundations of recovery. Groups allow participants to grow in shared experiences, empathy and compassion.
